Job Summary

A senior-level specialist responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications. This role balances strategic innovation (AI/DX) and strict governance (J-SOX) with robust daily operational support. The P8 level operates independently, managing complex SAP and Non-SAP environments, ensuring system stability, and acting as a senior mentor to the team.

Responsibilities 1.Application Support & Stability Lead end-to-end support for SAP and Non-SAP applications, ensuring system stability, business continuity, SLA compliance, and effective resolution of complex issues. 2. Business & System Analysis Translate business requirements into effective IT solutions, with strong expertise in SAP PP, business process mapping, system analysis, and cross-application integration. 3. Project Leadership Independently lead end-to-end IT projects from requirements gathering through deployment, including timeline, risk, resource, and budget management. 4. AI & Digital Transformation Identify and implement AI, automation, and digital solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual work. 5. IT Governance & J-SOX Ensure application governance, access controls, change management, and IT processes comply with J-SOX and established CCB requirements. 6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management Manage external vendors and service providers, monitor SLA and delivery quality, control costs, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders. 7. Mentoring & Knowledge Management Coach and develop junior IT staff while maintaining SOPs, FAQs, and a strong knowledge base to improve team capability and first-call resolution. 8. Business Partnership Act as a senior IT consultant and strategic partner to Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, and Retail functions across the TBSC Group.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. 8–10 years of IT Application Support experience. Strong hands-on expertise in SAP PP / related modules and Business Analysis. Proven ability to independently lead IT projects. Solid knowledge of J-SOX, IT internal controls, and application governance. Experience in AI / Digital Transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder, vendor management, consulting, and mentoring capabilities.
