Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborate with HRBP to review recruitment strategies and develop cost-effective and market-leading resourcing solutions
• Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
• Proactively source and engage with candidates to ensure the recruitment of top-tier talent.
• Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
• Pre screening, Conducting interview and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
• Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
• Completing paperwork for new hires.
• Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
• Keeping up-to-date on current employment legislation and regulations and enforcing them within the company.
• Providing recruitment reports to team managers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar relevant field
• Experience at least 5 years in talent acquisition or similar roles in HR function
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
• Proficiency on recruitment system, documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outstanding communications skills and good command in English.
• Ability to multitasking and prioritize daily workload.
• A positive, "can do" attitude and proactive problem solver.
