Responsibility

• Drive employer branding activities and consistency to promote Lotus’s as an “Employer of Choice”
• Build plan and take action to hire the talented graduates through exciting engagement activities
• Plan and execute communication initiatives, corporate events and campaigns to enable maximum leverage on internal & external branding
• Build strong pipeline of external talents to support long-term growth
• Support the Management Trainee recruitment
• Actively find the right recruitment channels to engage talents
• Provide strategic recruitment activities including university collaboration, internship program, networking in community and increasing number of database
• Establish and maintain career website to create a funnel of candidates and support the employer brand
• Create Opportunity for Young People by initiating ‘active-learning event’ for both short-term and long-term plan

Partnership with stakeholders:

• Develop and maintain good working relations with targeted universities and partnership with others HR functions and stakeholders
• Partner with emerging talents, Corporate Affairs and Brand Marketing functions to deliver the plan

Understand the candidates:

• Analyse and utilise recruitment data to see improvement area for candidates
• Follows up and seeks feedback from stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Experience in successfully building program or partnership with strong database management
• Strong passion in Talents and creating new way to attract talents
• Experience in HR project management, with marketing skills would be a plus
• Well-organized and willing to handle a large-scale of pipeline and database management
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• Experience in regional role would be a plus
