Responsibilities:

People Strategy Execution & Business Partnering

  • Execute people strategies and initiatives defined by OD
  • Act as a partner to business teams to support employee performance and team effectiveness
  • Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters (e.g. performance, engagement, issues)
  • Ensure alignment between people practices and business needs

Performance Management (Execution)

  • Manage and execute performance review processes (e.g. evaluation cycles, feedback sessions)
  • Ensure consistency and fairness in performance evaluation across teams
  • Support managers in conducting performance discussions
  • Monitor performance outcomes and identify key people issues

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
  • Work with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process
  • Ensure timely and effective hiring to meet business needs

Employee Journey & Engagement

  • Oversee employee experience across key touchpoints (e.g. onboarding, probation, engagement)
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
  • Support employee engagement and address employee concerns or issues
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and identify improvement areas

People Operations Oversight

  • Oversee people operations handled by People Operations staff (e.g. documentation, payroll coordination, employee requests)
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth execution of HR processes
  • Resolve complex or escalated employee issues when needed

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work closely with OD, Finance, and Business teams to ensure alignment on people-related processes
  • Support implementation of organizational changes or initiatives
  • Ensure clear communication of policies and processes across teams


Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR, People, or related roles
  • Experience covering multiple HR functions (HRM, recruitment, basic HRD)
  • Experience in an SME or fast-growing organization is preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and people management
  • Ability to manage recruitment and performance management processes
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle employee issues and provide practical solutions
  • Basic understanding of HR data and performance metrics
