- Propose and Formulating an HR vision, strategic HR direction
- Monitoring and reporting on results
- Explore new trend of Human Resources management , HR strategic planning
- HR Data Research and Benchmarking (Internal and External)
- Manages strategic HR projects
- Implementing and driving change processes
Qualification
- Bachelor / Master degree in Human Resource or related field
- At least 5 years' experience in a senior HR role
- In-depth knowledge of global HR developments
- Strategic planning and Change management expertise
- Collaborative skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
