IT Officer
atAAPC (Thailand) Ltd. (Accor Hotels)Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, servers, networks, software, and IT systems to ensure smooth daily operations.
Install, configure, maintain, and optimize Windows servers, workstations, databases, and peripheral equipment.
Support onboarding processes by setting up user accounts, system access, and IT equipment for new employees.
Collaborate with internal departments to maintain IT security, system performance, and emergency/crisis management readiness.
Diploma in Information Technology
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Knowledge of Windows Operating System
