Responsibilities

Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.

Manage the hotel's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems

Prepare regular financial summaries and detailed reports for management

Formulate strategic and long-term business plans

Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities

Liaise with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out

Develop financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risk

Supervise the preparation of all statutory and compliance filing

Coordinate with other departments to support overall financial objectives

Analyze and control expenditure and suggest improvements

Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.

Participate as a member of management in the preparation of the Strategic Business and Operating Plans, and advise on the Financial, Administrative and legal implications of all matters being implemented and reviewed.

Establish or recommend to management major economic objectives, strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities and evaluate the impact of business decisions where necessary

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field

Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in hotel or hospitality finance with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.

Fluent in Thai & English both written and spoken, familiarity with hotel systems (e.g., SUN), and excellent interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work independently while also thriving in collaborative team environments.

Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
