Job Description
  • Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
  • Serve meals and drinks with attention to proper etiquette and timing
  • Explain menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to guests
  • Ensure tables are properly set and maintained throughout service
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events or functions
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support fellow staff members

Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of Thai cuisine, fine dining etiquette, and beverage service
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in Thai and English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork skills and supportive attitude towards colleagues
  • Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurants preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
