Role Overview
The Process Support Manager leads process support activities to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement across business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and govern process support frameworks and standards
- Oversee process performance, KPIs, and compliance
- Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and dependencies
- Ensure process risks and issues are identified and mitigated
- Coach and develop process support teams
Qualifications & Skills
- 7–12 years of experience in process management or operations roles
- Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Excellent stakeholder and changing management skills
