About the role

The Media Manager will be responsible for the development of multi-media airing and buying strategies and their implementation; overseeing campaign executions and results; driving best practice learnings (Global vs Local)


Your responsibilities

Media Strategy, Media Planning,

  • Work with agencies to deliver efficient multi-media plans, in line with RB guidelines and industry best practices
  • Work with agency to map out full funnel media channels in line with the brand’s and category’s unique media consumption & consumer journey
  • Use consumer and audience insights for target audience mapping
  • Multi-media budget optimization

Activation

  • Set the right KPIs against campaign objectives with lead on Digital strategy
  • Recommend best media channels & optimal media mix + aid in guiding (or providing) media guidelines for execution
  • Monitor campaigns and results, feed learnings into Learning Agenda
  • Lead on SEO&SEM+Content synergy to drive CTR or traffic for RB-Health (Base)

Reporting & housekeeping

  • Ensure regular reports from agencies are available to wider teams
  • Manage a central repository for media spends and media learnings
  • Manage media confirmations & oversee overall airing budgets
  • Lead local rollouts of global guidelines and new technology associated with the same


The experience we're looking for

  • MBA Marketing degree preferred (Bachelor’s in related field)
  • At least 5 years in media planning (both offline and online required)
  • Media experience from both client and agency side; client preferably FMCG
  • Fully Digital knowledge on social platforms with basic understand Google Analytics
  • Fluent spoken and written English is a must.
  • Agile, flexible, and willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strong ownership and result oriented
  • Resilient and able to response under pressure
