Your responsibilities
- Ensure all facilities meet safety and regulatory standards while overseeing operations and building systems.
- Formulate facility management policies to maximise operational efficiency.
- Plan and manage upkeep, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and refurbishments.
- Direct facility staff and external contractors, maintaining stringent safety and performance protocols.
- Work collaboratively with different departments to enhance facility services and address site needs.
- Take charge of facility budgets and manage procurement, balancing cost with quality.
The experience we're looking for
- Proven track record in facilities management within a corporate or manufacturing setting.
- Familiar with building operations, facility systems, and health and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent project-management abilities, juggling various tasks with a focus on results.
- Sharp problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Financial acumen to develop and manage budgets effectively.
