Job summary:

Responsible for coordinating marketing, membership, and loyalty activities with suppliers, partners, customers, and internal teams, while supporting campaigns, promotions, and marketing administration to enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams to support marketing activities.
• Coordinate and support customer and membership-related activities, including member benefits and promotions.
• Handle marketing administrative tasks, documents, reports, and follow-ups.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer activities.
• Maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and related stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in Marketing, Retail, Customer Service, Membership, or related fields.
• Strong coordination, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Good administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage several tasks simultaneously.
