Job Description

• Lead the Engineering & Building Systems (MEP) function to ensure operational reliability, safety, and cost efficiency across properties.
• Define and execute engineering strategy aligned with business goals
• Oversee all MEP systems (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, BMS)
• Ensure system reliability, preventive maintenance, and minimal downtime
• Lead engineering projects and capital improvements (on time & within budget)
• Manage CAPEX/OPEX and drive energy & cost optimization
• Ensure regulatory and safety compliance
• Lead and develop high-performing engineering teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field)
• 10+ years in building system engineering (large commercial properties/malls)
• 3–5 years in senior leadership (Senior Manager/GM level)
• Strong MEP technical expertise and project management experience
• Proven experience in budget control (CAPEX/OPEX) and energy management
• Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Professional Engineering License is a plus
• Good command of English
