Digital Commerce (Website/Application) Manager

atNok Airlines PCL

The Digital Commerce Executive is responsible for supporting Nok Air's direct digital revenue growth through digital marketing, customer acquisition and the continuous improvement of customer journeys across the company's website and mobile application.

This role works closely with Marketing, Commercial, Revenue Management, CRM, IT and external partners to improve digital campaign performance, booking conversion, customer experience and ancillary sales.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Commerce & Customer Journey

Support the commercial performance of Nok Air's website and mobile application as direct booking channels.

Monitor and improve the end-to-end customer journey across web and mobile platforms.

Coordinate website and mobile application enhancements with IT teams, technology partners and external vendors.

Gather and document business requirements for digital product improvements.

Maintain and update digital assets, landing pages and campaign content to support bookings and ancillary sales.

Monitor website performance, booking conversion, customer drop-off points and digital customer experience.

Support mobile application growth through App Store Optimization, user acquisition, activation and engagement initiatives.

Assist with user acceptance testing and the implementation of new digital features.

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition

Execute digital marketing campaigns to increase qualified website traffic, mobile application usage and direct bookings.

Support the planning, implementation and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display and other digital channels.

Coordinate SEO, SEM, GDN, paid social media and remarketing activities.

Monitor campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies and media performance.

Work with agencies and creative teams to develop campaign materials and digital content.

Conduct A/B testing on advertisements, landing pages, campaign messages and customer journeys to improve conversion.

Support promotional campaigns, route launches and other commercial initiatives across digital channels.

Analytics & Performance Reporting

Track digital performance indicators including website traffic, conversion rate, bookings, DAU, MAU, retention, ROAS, CAC and ancillary attachment rates.

Analyze customer behavior, campaign performance and booking funnel data to identify improvement opportunities.

Prepare regular digital performance reports, campaign summaries and actionable recommendations.

Monitor campaign tracking, analytics tagging and data accuracy across digital platforms.

Coordinate with Marketing, Revenue Management, Commercial, CRM and IT teams to support integrated digital growth initiatives.

Support the management of media agencies, technology vendors and other digital partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce or a related field.

4–6 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce, E-commerce, Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing.

Proven experience managing both digital customer acquisition and digital commerce channels with measurable commercial outcomes.

Experience participating in or leading website enhancement, mobile application development or digital transformation initiatives from the business/marketing perspective.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer journey optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO) and digital commerce.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Marketing Platform or equivalent digital advertising platforms.

Experience using digital analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Firebase, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer or equivalent to measure and optimize digital performance.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, ASO, GDN, Paid Social, Retargeting and Marketing Automation.

Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate marketing initiatives into digital revenue growth.

Experience working cross-functionally with IT, UX/UI, technology vendors, media agencies and commercial teams.

Strong analytical, project management and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in airline, OTA, travel, retail, e-commerce or other consumer digital businesses will be an advantage.
