Be the face of Benefit Cosmetics and create a fun, friendly and welcoming experience for every guest.

• Be a Brow Expert! Deliver professional brow services, including brow shaping, waxing and grooming, while ensuring every guest feels comfortable and confident.

• Provide personalized brow and beauty consultations, understand each guest's needs and recommend the right products and services.

• Share your passion and knowledge of Benefit products, makeup and brow expertise, helping guests find products and looks that work for them.

• Build genuine relationships with guests and create memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.

• Achieve individual sales and outlet targets through excellent consultation, service and product recommendations.

ผลักดันยอดขายส่วนบุคคลและยอดขายของสาขาให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย ผ่านการให้คำปรึกษา การบริการ และการแนะนำผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เหมาะสม

• Follow up with guests and provide excellent after-sales service to maintain long-term relationships.

ติดตามและให้บริการหลังการขาย เพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าในระยะยาว

• Maintain product availability and keep the counter clean, organized and beautifully presented.

• Operate the POS cashier and handle various payment methods accurately.

• Support store activities and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Qualification | คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

• Cheerful, friendly and approachable personality, with a passion for beauty, brows, customer service and sales.

• Education: High school diploma (Grade 12) or higher. No experience required.

• Eager to learn and willing to develop new beauty and brow service skills.

• Basic English communication skills, with the ability to read and speak simple English.

• Benefit Product & Makeup Training

• Brow Waxing Training

ฝึกอบรมทักษะการออกแบบและแว็กซ์คิ้ว โดยมีผู้สอนคอยให้คำแนะนำและฝึกปฏิบัติอย่างใกล้ชิด

• Brow Service Assessment
