Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service support. Answer customer chats on 3 marketplaces (Shopee and Lazada) Works on the weekend and helps on mega campaigns (double digit 9.9, 10.10 etc.) Communicate and coordinate with the team as necessary. Maintain a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Requirements
