Drive operational excellence to ensure no IT system/infrastructure related issues cause any business impact at the site. Establish strong process to ensure any issue is communicated and remediated in a timely manner working with site key users and support teams. Execute a robust IT change management process, preventing incidents/unplanned outages. Ensure IT Compliance to both industry and P&G standards is achieved.
Ensure IT Continuity planning (infrastructure and application continuity, IT resiliency, operational & disaster recovery) is in place. Drive 1-2 key projects at site and/or any key region/global priorities in the BU. Own governance of site IT contractors.
