Senior Recruitment / Senior HR (Work under Demo Power)
atAct Media (Thailand) Co., Ltd.Key Roles and Responsibilities :
- Monitor and manage the coordination and collaboration in all HR functions for the staffs and managernent line in business units to support the operation of the organization
- Plan and monitor manpower for business units, and manage relationship improvement within the organization
- Coordinate with cross-functional team from Human Resources Corporate to handle related challenges of own responsible business unit
- Monitor making summary reports of overall human resource business partner operations to propose to the direct supervisor
- Keep up to date with new knowledge and technology to apply in own department to improve and enhance productivity in work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Age 28 - 35 yrs
- Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in related field
- Understand human resource mangement
- Have strong Thai and English communication skills
- Have good human relations
- Have good computer skills [ Powerpoint, Word, Excel ]
- Be able to coordinate
