Sr. Buyer Commercial Non Food (HBA, Personal Care, Cosmetic)

  • Monitor overall sales and profit to achieve or exceed the company target for all formats.
  • Vendor Negotiation and follow up to achieve plan and budget.
  • Category performance review and action to drive category growth and close gap by developing department and assortment strategies with respect to sub-category split, range, space and promotion, pricing, margin, and retail pricing.
  • Develop and coordinate the strategy and partnerships between the merchandising department and the other department leaders including Inventory Planning, Marketing.
  • New renovation store Facial and Cosmetics (Lay-Out, allocate and approve brand, End-cap, Pilar and included decoration)
  • Facial and Cosmetics new concept by Big C with an end-to-end process (propose Mood &Tone, Fixture with coordinate to relevant function e.g., SRD, Design concept)
  • Training and coaching team to be an expert in this career.
