Senior Tech & Infrastructure Support

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Level 2–3 technical support for infrastructure incidents and performance issues across AWS, GCP, and Kubernetes (EKS).

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, containers, networking, and databases.
  • Coordinate incident management and root cause analysis (RCA) to prevent recurring problems.

  • Work closely with application, DevOps, and security teams to support project launches and ensure infrastructure readiness.

  • Maintain and enhance observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) frameworks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.

  • Optimize infrastructure performance, costs, and scalability in both production and staging environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and provide support during high-impact deployments or events.

  • Write and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and handoff notes for operational continuity.

  • Propose improvements and drive automation for recurring support tasks and environment provisioning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud operations, preferably in retail or e-commerce environments.Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Solid knowledge of networking, DNS, load balancers, firewalls, and service meshes.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
  • Experience supporting microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Working Day: Monday - Friday
