atBig C Supercenter Co., Ltd.- Responsible for leasing plaza rental space in all Big C branches.
- Prepare presentation documents for potential tenants, lease agreements, and contract renewals.
- Follow up on outstanding tenant debts and coordinate collection as needed.
- Prepare sales reports and other reports as assigned.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support the development and improvement of Big C shopping centers.
