• Engage on promotional science-based brand messages where product could support HCP in meeting patient need.

• Support business leaders to plan year-round talent management processes including performance and workforce evaluation, development and succession plans.
• Assist managers in the annual implementation of standard talent management process and tool usage.

• Employee Engagement Shape a positive employee experience across various stages, from recruitment to retention.

• HR Insights Provide decision support through HR metrics.
• HR Operations Manage implementation of new systems, processes and programs such as Workday enhancements, portal enhancements and changes, etc.

• BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
