Senior IT Support
atThai Beverage PCLหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
1. ดูแลงานด้าน Support ของงาน IT พื้นฐานของ Organization
2. ควบคุมดูแลระบบงาน IT
3. ควบคุมงบประมาณในการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ในแต่ละปี
4. ดูแลงาน Maintenance Computer & Software ต่างๆ
5. พัฒนาโปรแกรมเพื่อช่วยเหลืองานด้านปฏิบัติการ ดูแลงานบริการแก้ไขปัญหาด้าน IT ให้กับผู้ใช้งาน
6. ติดตั้งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้ง Hardware และ Software พื้นฐานให้กับผู้ใช้งาน
7. แก้ไขปัญหา Network เบื้องต้น, ดูแลข้อมูลและอัพเดทเวบไซต์ภายใน (Intranet) ของบริษัท
8. จัดทำรายงานสรุปผล และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
9. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
คุณสมบัติ
1. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรม/วิทยาศาสตร์คอมพิวเตอร์, เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานสารสนเทศ อย่างน้อย 3-5 ปี
3. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและประสานงาน
4.มีทักษะในการเขียนโปรแกรมภาษา ASP.NET, C#, Dart, Python
5. มีทักษะในการออกแบบ และจัดการฐานข้อมูล JSON, MS SQL, MySQL
6. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม รักงานบริการ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
7. Logistic support function (WMS,TMS,SAP)
