Responsibilities
Human Resource Development (HRD)
Design, implement, and evaluate training & development programs to enhance employees’ knowledge, skills, and competencies.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop annual training roadmap aligned with business strategy.
Manage competency framework, career development, and succession planning.
- Facilitate leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs.
Monitor and measure training effectiveness and provide improvement recommendations.
Organization Development (OD)
Drive organization design and workforce planning to ensure effective structure, roles, and responsibilities.
Lead and support change management initiatives to enhance organizational agility and performance.
Develop and implement employee engagement and culture transformation programs.
- Analyze organizational issues and provide OD interventions (e.g., team effectiveness, process improvement).
- Partner with management to design HR policies, systems, and frameworks that support business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3–5 years of experience in HRD and/or OD (experience in large organizations or MNCs is an advantage).
Strong knowledge of training & development, competency framework, and OD methodologies.
- Analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
- Proactive, strategic mindset, and able to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
