Human Resource Business Partner Assistant Manager (HRBP)

Job Responsibilities
- Partner with executives and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide consultation and HR support to business leaders on people management, organizational development, and change management.
- Analyze HR data and trends to recommend improvements and initiatives.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, regulations, and processes to ensure compliance and understanding.
- Promote organizational culture and employee engagement.
- Oversee and manage employees within the business unit, ensuring compliance with compensation and benefits policies, workforce regulations, and workplace environment standards.
- Support HR development plans, including career pathing, employee development, succession planning, and talent management within the business unit.
- Perform other related duties as assigned in alignment with business needs.
Job Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 7 years of experience in HRM, HRD, and labor law compliance.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR Business Partner or HR management roles.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to link HR strategies to organizational objectives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership, project management, and teamwork capabilities.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
