ตำแหน่ง: Human Capital Development (HCD) Assistant Manager
สถานที่ทำงาน: อาคาร ThaiBev Quarter (MRT ศูนย์ประชุมสิริกิติ์)
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ:
ดูแลและขับเคลื่อนงานด้าน Organization Design (OD) สำหรับสายงาน Logistics & Supply Chain เช่น- ออกแบบและปรับปรุงโครงสร้างองค์กร (Organization Chart)
- วิเคราะห์บทบาทงานและจัดทำ Job Description
- สนับสนุนการวางแผนกำลังคน (Workforce Planning) และกำหนด Competency Framework
- ออกแบบและพัฒนา Training Program และ Curriculum สำหรับพนักงานและหัวหน้างานในสายงาน Logistics
- ร่วมกับ Line Manager วิเคราะห์ความต้องการพัฒนา (Training Needs Analysis, TNA) และจัดทำ Training Roadmap, Talent Development และ Succession Planning
- ทำงานในฐานะ HR Business Partner ร่วมคิดและเสนอแนวทางพัฒนาทีม Logistics ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ธุรกิจ
- บริหารและพัฒนาทีมงาน เพื่อให้ดำเนินงาน HRD/OD ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- จัดทำรายงานและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้านการพัฒนาองค์กรและบุคลากร เพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
คุณสมบัติ:
- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ โลจิสติกส์ บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ด้าน HRD / OD 6–7 ปี
- เชี่ยวชาญด้าน Organization Design (Org Structure, JD, Workforce Planning)
- มีทักษะด้าน Training Program / Curriculum Design
- มีความเข้าใจพื้นฐานด้าน Organization Development (OD Concepts, Competency, Engagement, Change Management)
- หากมีประสบการณ์/ความรู้ด้าน Logistics & Supply Chain จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มี Strategic Mindset และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับ Line Manager และผู้บริหารระดับสูงได้
- มีทักษะการวิเคราะห์ การนำเสนอ การประสานงาน และการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีประสบการณ์บริหารทีม
