Database Administrator

atThai Beverage PCL

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routines health check and performance tuning
  • Reporting on metrics regarding usage and performance
  • Suggesting changes and improvements for database maintenance or protection
  • Protecting the database against threats or unauthorized access
  • Ensuring that the database is adequately backed up and able to be recovered
  • Responding in a timely manner to user-reported errors


Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (Require)
  • Excellent knowledge of data backup, recovery, security, integrity and SQL (Require)
  • Proficiency in data manipulation languages, including MS SQL, PostgreSQL and MongoDB (Require)
  • Excellent knowledge of MongoDB (Nice to have)
  • Excellent knowledge of Unix (Nice to have)
