Trainer (Bancassurance)
atFWD Life Insurance PCLJob Purpose:
Conduct the training classes based on the training plan. Coordinate and support sale channel.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Training program
- Conduct the classes to follow the training's guideline (training program related to Core business and Intermediate level training)
- Provide the training program from product and design team and/or external organization that related to trainer competency improvement
- Communicate to the target audience based on facts/ information / Product knowledge by using the various of training techniques
- Explain facts / information / product knowledge / selling skills to the target audience in order to develop the capability to be ready for life insurance marketing
2. Manage Training by requested for bancassurance channel
3. Deliver training measurement through report
Baseline Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any fields
- At least 3 years' experience as a trainer, financial advisor, sale coach
- Experience in Insurance industry is preferred
- OIC or IC License is required
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative
