Responsibilities :

• Document Control
• Control and verify R&D documents to ensure they are accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Prepare, review, revise, and maintain version control of documents, including Formulas, Product Specifications, Work Instructions, and other technical documents in both hard copy and electronic formats.

• Verify the accuracy of data entry and maintenance in the M3 system, including Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and updates.

• Manage general departmental documentation, such as Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) for testing services, equipment, and materials, reimbursement requests, and petty cash documentation.

• Product Development Support
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to new product development (NPD) projects.

• Create, update, and maintain Product Specifications to ensure information is accurate and current.

• Coordinate documentation required for production trials and new product launches.

• Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Production, Procurement, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Regulatory departments to prepare and manage required documentation.

• Coordinate documentation for customer audits and external regulatory or certification audits.

• Compliance and Standards Management
• Ensure all documentation complies with the requirements of SMETA, HALAL, GHP, HACCP, BRCGS, and customer-specific requirements.

• Monitor and update documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Data and System Management
• Maintain the R&D document database and document management system.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of product formulas and technical information.

• Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency of the document management system.

• Team Management
• Supervise, coach, and develop the R&D Document Support team.

• Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and evaluate the performance of team members.

• Develop standardized work practices and promote the company's policies, vision, and core values to ensure consistent understanding and effective implementation throughout the team.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Nutrition, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in R&D documentation, Document Control, QA Documentation, or Product Development Support, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.

• At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, HACCP, and BRCGS standards.

• Good understanding of the New Product Development (NPD) process.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

• Experience with ERP systems, M3, or electronic document management systems (EDMS) will be an advantage.

• Good command of both written and spoken English.
