You Will
- Develop thought category leadership through analysis and provide insights that in line with L’Oreal Category Strategy
- Analyze category/consumer/shopper data and translate into actionable category insights and retailer strategies
- Lead in promotion analysis and provide key findings and recommendation on promotion mechanics to deliver sales and good ROI
- Develop recommendation on range, assortment, planogram for assigned category
- Work closely with cross function team and support commercial team on developing category selling story for retailers
You Have
- Bachelor or Higher Degree in any fields
- At least 5 years of experience Trade Marketing/Category Management in FMCG
- Business Acumen and action oriented
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with multiple business partners and team management
- Advanced Excel (Pivot table, formula etc.) to simplify data processing and analytics
- Fluent in English communication, presentation and written skills
