Key Account Executive (FMCG)

Work with Modern Trade customers on activity and promotion planning.
Work closely with the team to support in-store activations and promotional activities.
Develop sales budgets and activity plans to achieve sales targets.
Monitor sales and distribution performance, taking timely actions to drive continuous improvement.
Conduct regular store visits to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reviews with customers.
Evaluate brand marketing campaigns and projects, review business plans, year-to-date sales, and address business challenges with customers.
Analyze market opportunities, review competitive activities, and assess historical sales data for insights.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Key Account Executive in Modern Trade.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table) and sale number calculation.
Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with TTA (Trading Terms Agreement), NPD forms (New Product Development), JBP (Joint Business Plan), and sales planning.
Patient, adaptable, and quick to learn.
Open-minded, flexible, and collaborative team player.
