Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the customer service team to achieve a series of business targets
• Coach and provide guidance to customer service team in order to assure the delivery of excellent customer services to the clients
• Maintain good relationship with existing clients
• Resolve escalated complaints and flag where appropriate
• Perform other ad hoc projects when assigned by the department head

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in any field, preferably with a major in real estate and hospitality
• 6 years' solid customer services experience with at least 2 years in supervisory role, background from real estate industry is highly preferred
• Service-oriented with professional customer service skills and positive service attitude
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Proactive, independent and able to work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken Thai, English and Mandarin AND either able to speak Burmese
• Good PC knowledge in MS office
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
