1. วิเคราะห์และติดตามผลประกอบการ (P&L) รายเดือน / รายไตรมาส ทั้งในระดับบริษัท และแยกรายสาขา พร้อมให้ความเห็นและแนวทางปรับปรุง
2. จัดทำและควบคุม งบประมาณประจำปี (Annual Budget) และประมาณการรายไตรมาส (Forecast) ร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. วิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการลงทุน (Feasibility Study) ทั้งร้านใหม่ ธุรกิจใหม่ และการขยายสาขา
4. ติดตามและวัดผล ประสิทธิภาพของกิจกรรมการตลาดและโปรโมชั่น ในเชิง Financial Model และ ROI
5. ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายบัญชี / การเงิน / Budget Control ของบริษัทแม่ (เช่น PTG) เพื่อให้ข้อมูลทางการเงินสอดคล้องและถูกต้อง
6. สร้างรายงานวิเคราะห์เชิงลึก (Financial Dashboards / KPIs / Variance Analysis) เพื่อสนับสนุนการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารระดับสูง
7. พัฒนาแบบจำลองทางการเงิน (Financial Models) และนำเสนอผลกระทบของสถานการณ์ทางธุรกิจต่าง ๆ (Scenario Analysis)
8. เข้าร่วมประชุมเชิงกลยุทธ์ และนำเสนอผลการวิเคราะห์ทางการเงินต่อผู้บริหาร
9. ดูแลทีมวิเคราะห์การเงิน (หากมี) และพัฒนาศักยภาพทีมให้สามารถสนับสนุนแผนธุรกิจได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
