Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support strategic and commercial decision-making. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze customer and business data, identify opportunities, and drive data-informed strategies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and business data to uncover insights and identify growth opportunities
• Translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable recommendations
• Prepare and integrate data from multiple sources to support analytics and reporting
• Develop dashboards and data visualizations to communicate insights effectively
• Conduct pre- and post-campaign analysis to evaluate business and marketing performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision making
• Continuously improve analytics processes, tools, and reporting automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines
• 5-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or related roles
• Strong experience working with large datasets and customer data
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling concepts
• Experience working with big data tools such as Apache Spark or cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders
• Good command of Thai and English
