Major Tasks / Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee management accounting activities, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial information for management decision-making.
• Conduct financial analysis, feasibility studies, valuations, and investment appraisals to support new projects and business expansion.
• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to provide insights and recommendations for strategic planning.
• Analyze cost structures, profitability, and variance reports, and prepare monthly management reports with actionable insights.
• Provide financial insights and presentations to executives and the board of directors to support key decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial analysis and recommendations are aligned with operational and strategic needs.
• Ensure compliance of management accounting practices with internal policies, financial controls, and relevant standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Accounting, Managerial Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Managerial Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Financial Modeling.
• Demonstrated experience in feasibility studies, financial modeling, and valuation.
• Prior experience in retail or FMCG industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Power BI, Python, R).

• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, results-driven mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
