Fleet Sales Officer
atTri Petch Isuzu Sales Co., Ltd.Responsibilities :
- Manage direct sales activities to Government and State Enterprise customers.
- Create relations with customers in the level of supervisor/officer in order to collect customers' information e.g. purchasing tendency, competitors movement and report to supervisors to capture/analyze customers' situations.
- Collect and analyze customers' after-sales problems/ complaints/suggestions/requests and report to the supervisor for providing optimal solutions in order to obtain customer satisfaction.
- Support dealers to manage sales through Government contractors.
Qualifications :
- 0-2 years experience (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Able to cooperate and communicate with customers
- Service mind
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing
- Good command of computer knowledge
- Able to drive and have driver's license
- Able to work upcountry and on holidays
