Job Description

• Review, update, and maintain branch operating procedures to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with bank policies.
• Support branches by providing process guidance and clarification on daily operational matters.
• Identify gaps, risks, or inefficiencies in branch processes and recommend practical improvements.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Product, Risk, Compliance, IT) to align branch processes with policy and system changes.
• Support branch readiness when there are changes to procedures, systems, or regulatory requirements.
• Help ensure strong internal controls and operational risk awareness in branch processes.
• Support communication of process updates and ensure branches understand and apply changes correctly.
