Job Description: ทีม Business Innovation (Connext Business and CRM)
Recruiting Position: Associate / Associate Director / Director
Role: Campaign Performance & Analysis, Connext Business & CRM Team

Main Duties and Responsibility

• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to visualize campaign performance trends and outcomes.
• Develop and maintain processes and procedures for accurate campaign data tracking and reporting.
• Utilize various analytics tools and platforms to gather campaign data, ensuring accuracy and reliability of performance metrics.
• Troubleshoot tracking result issues and implement effective solutions to ensure accuracy.
• Gather and analyze data from various marketing channels and campaigns, utilize tools and techniques to interpret campaign performance.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for optimizing campaign performance and driving business outcomes.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, facilitating informed decision-making.

Qualifications and required experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Marketing, Business, statistics or a related field.
• Proven experience in campaign performance and analysis, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
• Proficiency in SQL or other programming languages for data manipulation and analysis.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create compelling and insightful visual representations of data.
• Additional in using advanced functions, formulas and features in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint can be advantageous.
• Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Detail-oriented approach, underscored by a dedication to data accuracy and integrity.
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have well-rounded knowledge in digital marketing, campaign management related to financial industry.
