Job Description : The Project Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing, and managing projects to ensure successful completion according to predefined goals. Specifically, for IT-related projects, the role involves working closely with working teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure the project meets requirements, budget, and timeline.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Define project scope and objectives clearly

· Develop project plans, allocate resources, and set budgets

· Coordinate with working teams and relevant departments

· Track project progress and evaluate milestones

· Manage risks and resolve issues proactively

· Ensure budget compliance and cost control

· Prepare project status reports and present to management

· Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders

· Support and guide the team to enhance productivity

· Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations

· Support Agile and Scrum methodologies for project execution

· Manage project technical requirements

· Plan and handle project changes effectively

· Have at least 5 years of experience in project management.
