Learning Solutions & Leadership Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a learning counselor and lead the team in delivering learning solutions and services to assigned business units.

  • Partner with business leaders to analyze training needs, identify capability gaps, and recommend appropriate development interventions.

  • Design and deliver learning solutions—including in-house programs, external trainings, and international development opportunities—to support both organizational and individual capability growth.

  • Manage the training budget and ensure optimal resource allocation for business-driven learning initiatives.

  • Support the development and implementation of personalized learning plans and leadership development programs for talent and successors.

  • Collaborate with MUFG Global HR and ASEAN HR on regional and global leadership development initiatives.

  • Monitor and evaluate learning outcomes to ensure that all programs are delivered effectively and aligned with strategic goals.

  • Lead and support cross-functional training projects that foster continuous learning and organizational transformation.

  • Ensure that all learning programs are executed with excellence, relevance, and impact

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Training & Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in HR, Organizational Design, Learning & Development, or other relevant areas.
  • Strong capabilities in:
  • Learning experience design and development
  • Stakeholder management and internal consulting
  • Communication and facilitation (in both Thai and English)
  • Project management and problem-solving
  • Proficient in English (both spoken and written)
