1. ควบคุมและดูแลกระบวนการผลิตในฝ่ายผลิตสีน้ำมันและสีงานไม้ ให้เป็นไปตามแผนการผลิตที่กำหนดไว้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2. วางแผนและบริหารจัดการกำลังคนให้มีความเหมาะสมกับเครื่องจักรและสอดคล้องกับแผนการผลิต เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพในการดำเนินงาน
3. บริหารจัดการทรัพยากรต่าง ๆ ที่มีอยู่ ทั้งด้านบุคลากร วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องจักร ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างเต็มประสิทธิภาพและคุ้มค่า
4. ปรับปรุงและแก้ไขแผนการผลิตให้มีความเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์และสามารถรองรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิผล
คุณสมบัติ:
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี / ปริญญาโท สาขาวิศวกรรมเคมี, วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ภายใต้สภาพแวดล้อมอุตสาหกรรมเคมี อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- มีความสามารถด้านการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพ
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านการผลิตสี หรือธุรกิจที่ใกล้เคียง
- แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะกดดันได้
