Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Test and Commissioning Manager in Bangkok office.

This is your role. What part will you play?

You will be responsible for the Orange Line Project to design, engineer, manufacture, supply/ procure, install, test, integrate, commission the M&E Equipment consisting of supply a turnkey system including metro trains, signaling, depot and workshop equipment, platform screen doors and communications systems.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Actively promote safety and implement the Safety Management System in compliance with the Safety plan to ensure a safe workplace and personnel.
• Developing, implementing and managing the Overall Test and Commissioning Strategy to ensure fulfillment of all related contractual obligations
• Providing support and guidance to System Integration Managers and Sub-contractors to ensure Test and Commissioning documentation is prepared and submitted in accordance with contractual and internal process requirements
• Being liaise with the project Scheduler and System Integration Managers to ensure that Test and Commissioning activities are planned, resourced and executed within schedule constraints
• Being responsible for successful execution of each Test and Commissioning phase to achieve contractual acceptance.
• Ensuring test plans are developed by subcontractors and that they are compatible with the contract requirements.
• Lead internal and external testing meetings.
• Arranging for the preparation and submission of all testing and commissioning plans as required by the contract.
• Preparing system test and commissioning plans with Integration Manager, QA & EHS Manager.
• Lead the Permit-to-Work Office for access control

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, Railway Engineering, or a related field.
• Direct experience in metro projects for the railway industry in Test & Commissioning
• Detail oriented, planning skills, project execution and teamwork ability
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluent in written and spoken English language
