• Optimizing Industrial Databases: Design and manage SQL and NoSQL databases, ensuring high-performance data integrity and security for mission-critical industrial applications.

• Technical Academic Path: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an Engineering discipline with a strong coding focus.
• Multilingual Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least two core languages: JavaScript, C#, or C++; a passion for clean, scalable code.
• Data Mastery: A solid understanding of database management (SQL/NoSQL) and how to structure data for high-speed retrieval and analysis.
• Networking Fundamentals: Familiarity with client-server architecture and TCP/IP protocols—essential for connecting the "Things" to the "Internet."
• Analytical Problem-Solver: The ability to work independently in a project-based environment, turning "what if" customer questions into "here is how" technical solutions.
• Communication & Visualization: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for visualizing complex data sets in a way that non-technical stakeholders can easily understand.
