Business Technology Services Officer
atThai Beverage PCLหน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. สนับสนุน วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโปรแกรมระบบต่างๆ ที่ใช้งานจริงใน Business Unit ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
2. รับผิดชอบในการระบุความต้องการ/จำเป็นทางธุรกิจของหน่วยงานต่างๆ ใน Business Unit ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย โดยอาจเกิดจากปัญหาที่เกิดซ่ำบ่อยๆ ข้อเสนอแนะในการปรับปรุงขั้นตอนการทำงานจากผู้ให้ หรือผู้บริหารระดับกลาง
3. ช่วยในการทดสอบ performance และ usability ของโปรแกรมระบบ รวมทั้งช่วยเตรียมเอกสารคู่มือฝึกอบรม
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พิ้นฐานทางเกี่ยวกับขบวนการทางธุรกิจ เช่น ระบบบัญชี, ระบบการเงิน, ภาษีอากร, ระบบงานขาย, ระบบจัดซื้อ, ระบบการวางแผนการผลิต, ระบบโลจิสติก
- สามารถวิเคราะห์ แก้ปัญหาและให้คำปรึกษาเกี่ยวกับระบบ/ขั้นตอนการทำงานได้
