- Taking care of legal issues of the company.
- Taking care of Internal Control and Compliance
- Responsible for taking care of overall labor law.
- Review and provide legal advice on tender documents
- Liaise with relevant departments in Thailand or Japan to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken
- Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
- Provide any internal control or any audit
- Review and draft contracts, agreements and internal policies
- Thai Nationality, Male/female, Age 35-45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in corporate legal and compliance fields
- Excellent communication and Collaboration skill
- Fluent in English both spoken & written (Advanced conversational - business)
- Good knowledge of Thai labor law
