We're looking for an experienced
Senior ERP & Infrastructure Manager
to lead our enterprise applications and IT infrastructure across Central Restaurants Group. In this role, you will oversee ERP systems, network infrastructure, IT operations, cybersecurity, and strategic technology projects to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient business operations across our head office, factory, and restaurant network.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the ERP & Infrastructure team, ensuring high service quality and business continuity.
Oversee enterprise ERP platforms supporting Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and other business functions.
Manage IT infrastructure, including network, servers, email systems, endpoint security, and office technology across headquarters and business locations.
Ensure high system availability, reliability, and security while minimizing downtime.
Lead infrastructure enhancement, ERP implementation, system upgrades, and other strategic IT projects from planning through execution.
Develop and manage the annual IT budget while ensuring cost-effective technology investments.
Manage external vendors, service providers, and outsourcing partners, including contract negotiation and service performance.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Support IT governance, cybersecurity initiatives, compliance requirements, and ISO 27001/internal & external audits.
Oversee IT asset procurement and technology sourcing for business projects.
Monitor and continuously improve IT service performance, infrastructure stability, and ERP operations.
Coach, develop, and lead the IT team while fostering collaboration across departments.
Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that support business growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience managing enterprise ERP systems and IT infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of ERP solutions, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and enterprise business applications.
Solid understanding of Network Infrastructure, IT Security, and IT Governance.
At least
5 years of experience leading and managing IT teams
Strong project management, vendor management, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing IT budgets and enterprise technology projects.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Good command of English.
