Business Financial Planning Specialist
atCentral GroupAnalyze sales, financial, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support business planning.
Evaluate marketing campaigns, business cases, and investment projects, providing recommendations for decision-making.
Conduct financial feasibility studies for new stores, renovations, relocations, and other business initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve business performance and achieve company targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Planning, or Commercial Finance (Retail, F&B, or FMCG preferred).
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or BI tools is a plus.
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
