Job Description
Purpose
This position is accountable for execution of the sales plan / account plan developed by Sales Manager (SM) in order to meet set revenue and growth targets. This position supports the sales manager to work closely with our customers and clinical team to ensure that education is delivered to patients, carers, medical and nursing staff in assigned areas in response to the needs of the customer, and in alignment with account planning and overall tactical sales plans.

Principal Accountabilities/Key Responsibilities
  • Work under supervision of SM to deliver the sales target and other business goals on quarterly and annual basis.
  • Work with SM to consistently build strong customer demand and preference for 3M NPWT products and services including engaging Key Opinion Leaders in respective accounts.
  • Generating demand of 3M NPWT products and initiates sales process by prospecting, scheduling of appointments, conducting sales presentations, understanding business needs, develop proposals and sales closure.
  • Drives advocacy for 3M NPWT products by ensuring up-to-date knowledge of both product and clinical evidence to hospital customers, and by providing the necessary clinical support in the respective accounts.
  • Proactively keeping up to date on product knowledge and market trend by participating in educational opportunities offered by company or other appropriate channels.
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service.
  • Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.
  • Monitors and reports to SM any marketing information and competitor sales and product strategies.
  • Participates in all trade shows, conferences and other projects as determined by SM.
  • Conducts all business activities according to applicable rules and regulations and observes all company policy and procedures to ensure meeting ethical standards and compliance obligations.

Position Qualifications, Experience & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in related field of medical science or nursing or clinical medicine related disciplines, working in medical device business
  • 2 to 4 years' sales experience in Advanced Wound Care or Orthopedic Trauma or Negative Pressure Wound Therapy is preferred.
  • Good data analysis skill, strong interpersonal communication and clinical selling approach
  • Good command of both written and speaking English.
  • Self-motivated; willing to learn and to take responsibility, matured.
  • Able to work under time pressure and work independently.
  • Good at presentation and facilitation.
  • Team-spirited and good interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in relevant Microsoft Office applications.
