หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES)
- รับคำสั่งซื้อน้ำมันจากสถานีบริการและลูกค้าอุตสาหกรรม ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์และอีเมล
- ประสานงานและติดตามการจัดส่งสินค้า รวมถึงการออกใบกำกับภาษีและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ให้ข้อมูลและตอบข้อซักถามของลูกค้า พร้อมประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหา
- ดูแลความถูกต้องของข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อ และสนับสนุนการให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
คุณสมบัติ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
- อายุ 20–30 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Customer Service, Order Management หรือรับคำสั่งซื้อผ่านโทรศัพท์และอีเมล จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์และ Microsoft Excel ขั้นพื้นฐานได้
- มีบุคลิกภาพดี น้ำเสียงไพเราะ และมีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
- มีความสามารถในการควบคุมอารมณ์ แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- สามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
ผู้สมัครชายต้องผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว
