Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations management under endorsement from Executive Committee and the Board of directors.
• Oversee company's activities, performance, investments, and other business ventures or opportunities that may fit the corporate expansion strategy.
• Develop, execute, and monitor project development progress, strategy, business and marketing plan, drive performance to attain the goals of the board and shareholders aligning with company’s core values.
• Plan and implement long-term business strategies to achieve the company's objectives.
• Build and maintain long-term, trusting partnerships with shareholders, business partners and related stockholders.
• Analyze opportunities for growth in market segments to drive profitability and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, finance, sale & marketing, business administration, economics, management, or another related field
• 5+ years’ work experience in sales and marketing function with material experience in industrial gases business or LNG business would be a plus.
• Problem-solving: thinking outside the box to develop solutions and making recommendations to help achieve results
• Organization skills: supporting the efforts of people across units to achieve company goals.
• Communication and coordination skills: strong interpersonal skills,
• English proficiency: TOEIC 650+ or equivalent measurement of English proficiency test
• Other language competency, e.g., Chinese, Japanese would be a plus.
• High comfort level working in a multi-cultural and multi-national environment.
